Candy Teal in 3′s

The Mazda 3, it’s not as easy as it looks really. Today in the stance scene we have seemed to really pick up speed and take the interest of a lot of people. This is awesome, what could ever be wrong with having more friends to talk to and share ideas with? Well the issue with this is you have a lot of people who can spend $XXXXX amount of money and still not really have something that stands out as amazing. You see a lot of these cars get a “So nice” “So Clean” or “So sexy”, but to really set out from the crowd now it seems you really need to use your head. Color combos, rare wheels, extreme low, ect. Or you can slap some 18″ by 30″ wheels wrapped in 205/30′s, some duck tape and cardboard on the fenders and call it a day. Ever more issues lays within the cars that come in mass numbers. IE, Honda Civic, VW (Anything really), Mazda 3… The problem is here we have cars that most people can buy without having there face eaten off… (To soon?) So you get a lot of different people doing the same car and then it becomes harder again!

So when I saw Tom McAdam’s Mazda 3 I knew I had to do a feature on it. Here we have a lava orange Mazda 3 hatch. This car has been around the block a time or two and has the scars to prove rolling hard and stance is not the Broke Back Mountain of the car world.

He has come out with a clean and fresh new look this year, rolling on a new set of Rota G-Forces 18×9 +25 powder coated Candy Teal. Sitting on BC Racing coils to support his low.

For me this car stands out, some will say the fenders hurt the look of this car but I think they add to it. He is running just enough camber to keep it normal enough (For the stance world) and also make it look some what drivable. I always wanted a Lava 3 but after being a 3 owner for awhile I saw just how hard it was to pull off with out looking dull or out of place. This is the first time I have seen it done right.
